Read This Journal
The Journal of Law, Economics, & Organization is an interdisciplinary journal which promotes an understanding of many complex phenomena by examining such matters from
a combined law, economics, and organization perspective. It includes scholarship which draws upon political science, psychology,
and sociology, among other fields.
The journal also holds the study of institutions - especially economic, legal, and political institutions - to be specifically
important and greatly in need of careful analytic study.

Editorial Board changes: message from the Editor-in-Chief
I'd like to announce several changes in the composition of our Editorial Board. Professors W. Bentley Macleod and John Morgan
have stepped down as Co-Editors of JLEO. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them both for their devoted service to the Journal. Without their insights,
dedication, and thoughtful advice, JLEO would not have been able to operate as successfully as it has. I personally appreciate tremendously their help through the
years.
I would also like to take the opportunity to welcome three new Co-Editors to our masthead: Professor Jennifer Reinganum,
from Vanderbilt University, Professor Steve Tadelis from the University of California, Berkeley, and Professor Joel Watson
from University of California, San Diego.
- Pablo T. Spiller, Editor-in-Chief.
